Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy the ChoiceRoute Complete Referral Pack (£9).

What you get

• Access to the online Letter Studio: 16 letters that fill in from your details, which you can edit, print and download as Word files.
• The 16 letters as Word templates, and the ChoiceRoute Professional Guide (PDF).
• Access starts straight after payment. Bookmark your Letter Studio page to return to it.

Refunds

The pack is digital content that you can access immediately. By completing your purchase, you agree to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the right to cancel once access begins. For this reason, purchases aren't refunded after access.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights. If the content is faulty or doesn't work as described, reply to your receipt email and we'll fix it or, if we can't, refund you.

• Your GP decides whether a referral is clinically appropriate. We can't guarantee any referral, appointment or outcome.
• NHS rules and local arrangements change. Check current arrangements with your GP, provider or ICB.
