Privacy notice

The free tools run in your browser. What you type into them isn't sent to us, and we don't run analytics or advertising trackers.

What happens to your information

• Route, evidence and letter tools: worked out in your browser. Nothing you type is uploaded.
• Referral tracker and text size: saved in your browser's local storage on this device only. Use "Delete my saved dates" on the tracker, or clear your browser's site data, to remove them.
• Letter Studio (paid): your details and edited letters are saved in your browser's local storage on this device only, so you can come back to them. Use "Delete my saved work" in the Studio to remove them.
• Purchases: payments are processed by Stripe, which receives your email address and payment details to complete the sale and send your receipt. We never see your card details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to that data.
• Fonts: the site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
• Hosting: the site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
• Cookies: we don't set analytics or advertising cookies.

Good practice

Only type what you need for your letter. If you use a shared computer, delete your saved data when you finish.
