What's changed (September 2026 update)

What you can do

  1. Make your referral as clear as possible. Prioritisation depends on clinical need, so describe the impact on your life with real examples. Use the free evidence organiser.
  2. Read the ICB's FAQs on the new triage hub.
  3. Use support while you wait, including adult autism and ADHD hubs and children's neurodiversity teams.
